I first had this Vegetable Wrap at a restaurant in Tucson, Arizona, when I was on vacation (a rare occurrence).
I enjoyed it so much I asked for the restaurant recipe. They respectfully declined and I understood.
So when I returned home I experimented until I thought I had it just right.
One of the "keys" to this recipe is to use a chili-tomato tortilla or a basil-tomato tortilla. It makes a difference.
I put it on the restaurant's daily special sheet and sold them out easily. I had another real restaurant recipe!
Preparation time: 12 minutes. Serves 1-2.

That's all there is to it!
Besides using the flavored flour tortilla, having a really good salsa and quality Pepper Jack cheese are the two most important things that make a difference between this restaurant recipe being "good" and it being a favorite restaurant sandwich recipe.
Enjoy your restaurant recipe for this vegetable sandwich wrap and the company of those you share it with!

“America, it has been observed, is not really a melting pot. It is actually a huge potluck dinner, in which platters of roasted chicken beckon beside casseroles of pasta, mounds of tortillas, stew pots of gumbo, and skillets filled with pilafs of every imaginable color."
