Mojito "Madness"

Restaurant Cocktail Recipe
Favorite Restaurant Drink Recipe
The Mojito has taken off in a huge way in the last few of years!
Because of the number orders for the favorite restaurant
drink recipe I am getting at the restaurant and the fact that this cocktail
must be muddled, my bartenders can hardly keep up.
This cocktail recipe is actually an old traditional Cuban
drink recipe, once equally popular in the U.S. during the late 1890's. This
restaurant drink recipe is a rum version of the Mint Julep that uses bourbon.
Although there are many variations for making this cocktail, the
one I have on this page is the same one Hemingway enjoyed. As far as I know it
is the original recipe. It is the one I use successfully at my restaurant. It
is customer tested and approved. The recipe is a famous restaurant cocktail recipe.
