Fried Cheese Appetizer Recipe
Mozzarella Fried Cheese
Restaurant Appetizer Recipe
This restaurant recipe for Fried Cheese has always been a popular restaurant appetizer recipe.
So much so that restaurant guests have frequently asked how to make it.
I like serving this for several reasons:
- If you like cheese, this appetizer is delicious,
especially with the favorite restaurant recipe for Marinara sauce
- I can make them ahead and reheat them for serving
- The fried Mozzarella cheese can be frozen after it
cools for use on another occasion
The only caveat is that you probably don't want to serve
these as an appetizer if the entree you are serving also has cheese.
