YUMMMMMY!
GREAT OPTION: Pipe the mousse into chocolate shells that are available in many if not most grocery stores. If you wish to make the shells yourself - that great! Here is how to do it:
Chocolate Shells
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Line 12 muffin cups with paper cups
In a 1 quart sauce pan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips over low heat, stirring frequently (use a double boiler if you wish)
Spoon about 4 teaspoons of the melted chocolate into each paper cup
With the back of a small spoon, spread the chocolate up the side of the paper cups to within 1/8 inch of the top (the chocolate must remain warm enough to spread)
Refrigerate about 20 minutes or until completely set
Spoon or pipe the Chocolate Mousse into the chocolate cups
Refrigerate until serving
Just before serving, sprinkle with grated chocolate
Enjoy!
