Broiled Feta Cheese Appetizer Recipe

Favorite Restaurant Appetizer Recipe
Cheese, Garlic, And Pepper Lovers - Devour!

This Broiled Feta Cheese Appetizer Recipe is for all the cheese, garlic and pepper lovers in the world, many of whom eat at the restaurant regularly and devour this starter recipe when it is on the daily special sheet. It is a favorite restaurant recipe. I have often been asked to share this appetizer recipe.

Feta cheese is versatile. It and can be combined with many different herbs and vegetables. This recipe marries feta cheese with garlic, roasted red peppers, onion, pitted Kalamata olives (or black olives), cream cheese and dill. It is a delicious and spectacular appetizer that your guests will praise you for.

I'm always on the lookout for interesting appetizer recipes - afterall, I not only own a restaurant but I also often entertain at home. If you like to create delicious and visually appealing hot and cold appetizers you would be glad to have a book called "Simply Appetizers." This is a really fun appetizer cookbook that also has great photos.
